ABOUT US: 

bulletExotic Creations started in 1996.  We started our business when we had problems finding safe toys for our own birds. We starting making toys and many people requested toys for their own birds from us. 
bulletWe started working with the MCBA (Minnesota Companion Bird Association) a bird club based in Minnesota in 1997.
bulletToday:  We do a few shows a year in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  You can find out where we will be at Upcoming Shows and Events.

ORDERING:

bulletSecure On Line Ordering: Browse through and add toys to your shopping basket. When you are finished press the "Check-Out" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
bulletE-mail Ordering: Send your Message to exoticreat@aol.com. List the part number and the Quantity that you would like to purchase. Please include you name, mailing address and phone number, that way if we have any questions we can get in touch with you.
bulletFax in your Order: You fax  order is also welcome, please call 763-795-0017.
bulletPhone Ordering: If you prefer to order by phone, please call 763-785-0376.
bulletPrivacy Policy: We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers.  Personal and credit card information is not maintained online after orders are processed.  Your credit card is processed by Exotic Creations and is not sent through the Internet to a third party.  Your personal information is not shared or sold to any other parties.

All Minnesota Residents add 6.75% State Sales Tax to your order.

*If ordering by check, all checks will be held for 10 days before items will be shipped. There is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

bulletOrders up to $50.00 = $8.00
bulletOrders up to $100.00 = $10.00
bulletOrders up to $150.00 = $13.00
bulletOrders over $150.00 = FREE   

For 2nd day Air shipments shipping is $28.50

All catalog requests are shipped free of charge.

Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional shipping fee of $3.50.

Canadian orders must be paid in US Funds and charged and additional shipping fee of $4.50.
